WHAT can be returned?
You can return any item for credit within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original packaging.
You can return any faulty product, within 6 months of the purchase date, for repair or replacement (depending on availability)
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
For a “change of mind” return, you need to contact NewCycle within 48 hours of receipt of your order and let us know. We will arrange a return shipping voucher and on receipt of the product in original packaging we will provide a credit to your NewCycle account.
For a "faulty product return”, you need to contact NewCycle, we will arrange a return shipping voucher and you need to send it back to us within 48 hours for assessment at which time we will either repair or replace the product (depending on availability). In the event we are unable to repair or replace the product we will provide a credit to your NewCycle account.

Return address details will be provided on the return shipping label.

SHIPPING for returns?
NewCycle will provide a return shipping label
CREDIT for returns?
Credit will only be provided for “change of mind” returns reported within 48 hours of delivery.
On faulty goods returns, credit will only be provided for devices that we are unable to repair/replace within a reasonable time period (five working days)
In-store return option?
We are an online business (so-far) so unfortunately this is not an option.
For “change of mind” returns we expect the product to be returned in packaging as received and in the same condition.
