Cosmetic Grading Policy

Our products are 100% functional regardless of their physical appearance.

In terms of cosmetic condition our grades are:

A+ Grade - As New with Zero Wear

A Grade - Minimal Signs of Wear, No Scratches or Bumps

B Grade - Light Scratches and Signs of Wear with a Maximum of One Bump Mark

C Grade - Unlimited Scratches, Bumps and Marks

To clarify, the lower cosmetic condition does not mean the device functionality is compromised, it's simply a descriptor for the device appearance. All devices are tested and fully functional.

One final word on screen scratches. In most cases, once the screen is lit most scratches will not be visible.

We recommend purchasing a phone case and screen protector to cover blemishes and protect your device.
