Cosmetic Grading Policy

Our products are 100% functional regardless of their physical appearance.

In terms of cosmetic condition our grades are:

A+ Grade - As New with Zero Wear

A Grade - Minimal Signs of Wear

B Grade - Light Scratches & Signs of Wear with One Bump

C Grade - Obvious Scratches & Signs of Wear

D Grade - Unlimited Scratches & Bumps, Fully Functional

The devices have passed our QC process in terms of functionality however they have small blemishes on the selfie camera (i.e. spots or stripes), screen discolouration or screen burn.

To clarify, the lower cosmetic condition does not mean the device functionality is compromised, it's simply a descriptor for the device appearance. All devices are tested and fully functional.

One final word on screen scratches. In most cases, once the screen is lit most scratches will not be visible.

We recommend purchasing a case and screen protector to cover blemishes and protect your device.
